What Is Brainstrong Memory Support?
Brainstrong Memory Support is a health and wellness product / proclaimed cognitive enhancer produced by a US-based nutrition company named i-Health, Inc, trading as “BrainStrong”.
This product is available via the official website (www.brainstrongmemory.com), Amazon, Walmart and Walgreens. We are unsure if it’s available in stores.
One bottle of Brainstrong Memory Support costs between $10-20 depending on where you shop, contains 30 caplets and will last users approximately one month based on the directions of one per day.
This product is targeted towards those looking to improve their overall memory and brain health – i-Health Inc state that consumers can expect improved “sharpness”, better mental focus/concentration and better memory levels/cognitive capacity.
Does Brainstrong Memory Support Work?
Based on our research into this product, we do not believe this product will function exactly as described.
For a product that’s named “memory support”, we do not believe that this product really has any ability to improve your cognitive capacity to any major extent. This is one of the most basic formulations we’ve came across inside what is essentially a full-priced “nootropic pill”.
Brainstrong Memory Support only contains two active ingredients – Ginkgo Biloba and Choline. While these two ingredients admittedly do have their health benefits, we’re not entirely convinced that the blood-flow improving effects of the Ginkgo and the brain health supporting effects of Choline can genuinely help improve your memory. Furthermore, this product doesn’t have any FDA-recognized nootropic ingredients inside it.

Our Final Verdict On Brainstrong Memory Support
To conclude our Brainstrong Memory Support review, it’s a bit of a mixed bag – there are things that we like about it and things that we aren’t too blown away by. In our opinion, the formula used within Brainstrong is just too basic to really produce any major “nootropic effect”.
The whole basis of the product is that the Ginkgo Biloba inside helps improve blood-flow (meaning your brain gets more blood) and the Choline inside helps contribute towards your brains overall health.. We can’t really see how this would help improve your memory levels or cognitive capacity – it may help with your focus however.
