Instant Knockout Review
You’ve more than likely seen this product recommended somewhere, how could you resist the fat burner that’s shaped like a fist?! In this Instant Knockout review, we taking an in-depth look into the formula of this popular fat burner to see what users can really expect from it.
Let’s take a look at the top level pros and cons of this product:
Some Quick Information On This Product
Instant Knockout is a fat burner produced by the UK-based company Roar Ambition. The product is essentially a stimulant-based pre-workout that requires users to consume 4 capsules per day.
The product comes in a rather cool fist-shaped bottle, which some people may get a kick out of (or a punch!).
One bottle costs approximately $44.99 / £34.99 and contains 120 capsules, meaning that if you use the product as directed it will last you 30 days.
Does Instant Knockout Work?
The most important question of all – will Instant Knockout really burn body fat? The short answer is no, single-handedly it will not burn your body fat.
The longer answer is Instant Knockout may be a good weight loss product, but you need to know exactly how to get the best results from using it.
Firstly, Instant Knockout is by no means a miracle weight loss pill – you’re going to have to put in the work if you want to lose weight using this product. Users of this diet pill can realistically expect the following: a significant boost in energy levels from the stimulant content, a spike in their metabolic rates for up to 3 hours and overall a slightly heightened core temperature.
The above effects will put users in a very good position to lose weight, as long as they are sticking to a calorie-controlled diet and exercising.
What Are The Instant Knockout Ingredients?
We have found the following ingredient information via the official Instant Knockout website:
Four Capsules Contains: Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 5mg, Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 10mcg, Zinc (as zinc oxide) 10mg, Chromium 100mcg, Green Tea Extract 500mg, Green Coffee Extract 100mg, Cayenne Powder 100mg, Glucomannan (konjac root) 1800mg, Caffeine Anhydrous 300mg, Black Pepper Extract 10mg
Roar Ambition also issue the following warning for Instant Knockout:
“Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Always swallow with water. Do not take with any other products that contain caffeine or other stimulants. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. If you have any medical conditions Or are taking any medication, consult your doctor before use.”
We highly advise anybody using or planning on using this product to heed the warning for their own safety.
What Are The Instant Knockout Side Effects?
We have found the following side effect information for Instant Knockout based on the ingredients used inside the formula.
Insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach irritation, nausea and vomiting, increased heart rate and respiration.
Diarrhea, flatulence and bloating.
Skin irritation, headaches, dizziness, mood changes and impaired thinking, judgment and coordination.
Note: these side effects are possible but may not be typical.
DietProbe Warning: Users of this product should be aware it is not suitable for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding due to the caffeine content. This product has the potential to aggravate anxiety and bipolar disorders. If you suffer from bleeding disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems or IBS you should consider avoiding usage of Instant Knockout (source).
What Are The Claims On Instant Knockout?
We have found Roar Ambition making the following claims for Instant Knockout:
- Burns body fat – Misleading / Potentially false
- Helps erase stubborn fat – Misleading / Potentially false
- Suppresses your appetite to reduce the cravings – False
- Boost energy levels – True
In regards to claims 1-2, we find these very misleading. As we said earlier, there are no ingredients inside this product that will single-handedly burn body fat. The only way users will see a reduction in body fat is if they’re using the product with an energy-restricted diet and exercise. We’ve said they’re potentially false because if users do not monitor their calorie intake, then they may not actually lose any body fat at all.
For claim 3, we found Roar Ambition stating that the product can help suppress appetite due to the formula containing glucomannan (1.8g / 1800mg), however our research team found that manufacturers can only make this claim on products containing 3g of glucomannan – simply put, there isn’t enough of the ingredient inside for it to perform such a function therefore we deem it to be false.
Proposed Wording: “Contributes to reduce the appetite”
Condition: Only with 3g per day. [Source: EFSA]
We believe that claim 4 is indeed true, due to the high stimulant content.
Are There Any Reviews From Customers?
We have found the following Instant Knockout review testimonials via the user comments section on HighYa.com:

I purchased the 3-month supply to get the 1-month free and am throwing it out after 2 months. I’ve increased my workouts and have gained 8 pounds over the past 6 weeks, mostly fat. I would be fine with not changing at all, but this product appears to have me going backward. I’m too embarrassed to ask for a refund.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have seen a visible difference in losing fat, my belly fat is no longer solid and jiggles about, and my clothes are becoming extremely baggy and have had to purchase a new belt in the last four weeks.
The only major downside to these supplements is that they do not make me feel full in the evenings. This has been from the start of this regime, it’s something I have battled with and trust me, I am still struggling with it. And after four weeks, trying to fall asleep at night is becoming a nightmare.
There are, of course, many gleamingly positive reviews of Instant Knockout floating around online, however we found that the majority of these websites are part of Roar Ambition’s “Stacked Brands” affiliate programme, meaning these websites are essentially an arm of their sales and take a commission on every order meaning they are intrinsically bias.
Where Can I Buy This Product?
This product is only available via the Instant Knockout website. It is not in stores and it cannot be found on any other market places.
To sum up our Instant Knockout review, we do not recommend this product. It’s by no means a bad product, but it’s certainly not the most groundbreaking product we’ve ever seen. Behind the fancy website and flashy packaging is a product that is essentially just a stimulant-pill with a few extras thrown in there.
When researching what customers really had to say about this product we weren’t blown away either, lots of people mentioned negative side effects such as jitters, diarrhea and insomnia. We highly doubt people will see life changing results from this product without exercise, therefore we’d advise you save your money and invest it into a much more effective product.
