Introduction

This is an infamous product that launched a whole line of spin-off ‘weight loss belt’ products. Can a belt that you strap to your waistline actually burn body fat and totally transform your figure?

In this Keyshia Ka’oir Waist Trainer review, we’re looking at what users can really expect from this product.

What Is Keyshia Ka’oir Waist Trainer?

The brand Ka’oir fitness has had some serious exposure across social media – founder Keyshia Ka’oir has been marketing her own brand of weight loss products via instagram, facebook and twitter to her millions of followers. The height of the brands popularity is from a product named “waist eraser”.

When you’ve got an audience primarily consisting of women, it’s not exactly difficult to sell them a product that promises to help them shed inches off their waistline while they sleep – and that is exactly what Ka’oir claim the waist eraser does.

We’re going to make a bold statement here – this is one of the most misleading products we’ve ever seen.. to the point where we’re surprised Ka’oir Fitness hasn’t been slapped with a huge false advertising suit. The product makes many many false claims in order to fool potential customers into parting with the extremely steep $69.99.

The waist eraser comes in three sizes; users are directed to strap the belt onto their waist, legs or arms, depending on where they want to ‘burn fat’. Ka’oir claim that the belt “heats up your mid section, helping you shed those last few pounds and giving you that lean, cinched look you desire”.

Where Can I Buy This Product?

We have only been able to find this product in stock at the official Keyshia Ka’oir Waist Trainer website. We do not believe it is available via third party retailers.

Does Keyshia Ka’oir Waist Trainer Work?

No, it does not work.. at all. As we said above, we’re very very surprised somebody hasn’t lawyered up and slapped Ka’oir with a false advertising lawsuit.

The claims about this product’s capability are so outrageous it’s almost laughable – but then again, we’re a fully qualified team of nutritionists and dietitians.. to the average consumer these claims are more than likely taken at face value and believed to be true.

It’s set the record straight – this product will not burn body fat, nor will it permanently melt inches off your waist line. Do not expect miracle-like results because you simply will not get them.

The only thing this product will actually do is temporarily squash your waist line down, at it will take many months of wearing the belt for at least 6-10 hours per day. The belt essentially acts in the same way as a corset – it compresses your mid-section thus making your waist appear to be thinner (at least, when you’ve got clothes on) – this effect will not last long at all however and your waist will eventually return to normal once you stop using it.

Having a thinner waist is one thing, but ultimately if you’re looking for long term results you’ll need to actively lose body fat.. something only a good fat burner can do.

Is Keyshia Ka’oir Waist Trainer Safe To Use?

We have found the following risks of using waist trainers over a long term basis:

A reduction in abdominal muscle tone, visceral displacement and atrophy of the abdominal walls. Other health risks include deformation of the stomach, liver and lungs and decreased breathing capacity. [1]

Note: These side effects are possible but may not be typical.

Are There Any Keyshia Ka’oir Waist Trainer Reviews From Customers?

We have found the following Kaoir Waist Eraser review testimonials via social media:

Didn’t work for me at all. Quite disappointed 🙁

Amazon product that totally shrank my waistline!

We found many many overwhelmingly positive reviews on the ka’oir website, however as these were on the manufacturers website we believe there is a good chance they’re fake, given Ka’oir’s track record.

Our Final Verdict On Keyshia Ka’oir Waist Trainer

To conclude our Keyshia Ka’oir Waist Trainer review, it’s a bit of a mixed bag – there are things that we like about it and things that we aren’t too blown away by at all. While it may help temporarily squeeze your waistline a little thinner, it certainly isn’t going to burn calories or deliver permanent weight loss results. The potentially negative risks of using waist trainers in general really puts us off this product, as does the high price.
