Ketologic Review Feature Image

✓ Fact Checked

It’s a well known fact that a keto diet is a fantastic way to lose body fat – the diet focuses on triggering your body to burn stored fat reserves for energy, rather than carbohydrates. With that being said, do Ketologic BHB and Keto Meal products really have the ability to help consumers rapidly lose weight?

In this Ketologic review, we’re taking a look at whether this is a brand you should be considering.

Readers please note that statements on this page are fair comment based on observation. This content is produced on a matter of public interest. Statements on this page are our honest opinion.

What Is Ketologic?

Ketologic is a US-based weight loss brand that makes products designed to help induce ketosis. To date Ketologic has two main products, a meal replacement shake and a BHB (Beta-hydroxybutyrate) drink.

You can find Ketologic in stock on the official Ketologic website, and at their official retailers like GNC, Walmart and Amazon.

The brand is well known for its Keto 30 Bundle, which contains both products listed above. Those who are looking to lose weight with Ketologic are directed to use their meal replacement shake replace 1-3 of their daily meals, while using the Ketologic BHB drink to further promote fat loss.

In following the directions set by Ketologic, you’ll be putting yourself onto a low calorie ketogenic diet, which is essentially a minimal-carbohydrate diet that forces your body to use fat reserves for energy.

KetoLogic LLC itself is a subsidiary of a parent company named Disruptive Enterprises, LLC (source: LinkedIn). Despite our best efforts to locate some trading history or customer reviews, KetoLogic and the parent company seem to have no presence on popular business review websites like Better Business Bureau – we are unable to comment on the quality of their customer service.

Does Ketologic Work?

Based on our research into the Ketologic products, weight loss can be hit or miss depending on how you approach it. In order to properly answer this question we’ve broken both products down below:

Does The Ketologic BHB Work For Weight Loss?

The Ketologic BHB drink primarily contains Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), an exogenous ketone body that your body can use to produce energy in the absence of glucose.

Remember, just because your consuming ketones doesn’t mean you’re going to immediately start burning body fat, BHB is absolutely nothing like the raspberry ketone fat burners you may have read about – they’re two completely different things.

Consuming BHB has been shown to help support your body’s transition into a ketogenic state. This essentially means that Ketologic BHB will help you get into ketosis faster, but it will not directly cause weight loss alone; in order to see weight loss results you’ll need to actively stick to a very low carbohydrate diet, which is where the Ketologic Meal Replacement Shake comes in.

Does The Ketologic Meal Replacement Work For Weight Loss?

The Ketologic Meal Replacement is the second piece of the puzzle – this is the product that allows users to keep to the carbohydrate-minimal diet that is required for your body to enter a state of ketosis. In replacing your daily meals with this shake, you’ll not only be crashing your carb intake but you’ll also be lowering your daily caloric intake too.

So to summarize, yes the Ketologic Keto 30 Bundle can be effective for weight loss if used together and used correctly.

The Pros & Cons Of Ketologic

Below we have bullet pointed all of what we believe to be the main positives and negatives:

We have found the following Ketologic review testimonials via the GNC website:

Great taste and really works great in my Keto diet…..

Bothered my stomach even with starting with 1/2 a dose and taking over an hour to consume.

Our Final Verdict On Ketologic

To conclude our Ketologic review, it’s a bit of a mixed bag – there are things that we like about it and things that we aren’t too blown away by. The main issue we have with this brand is the price, everything else about Ketologic seems to be great.. they have just priced their products out of our comfort zone.

If you’re wanting to use the Ketologic products to their full effect, you’re going to need the Keto 30 Bundle pack. This bundle contains both the BHB and the Meal Replacement Shake, however a 30 day supply is going to cost you a cool $149.99.

If money is no object then we say go for it, but if money is a bit tight then you may wish to look at another means of weight loss.
