To conclude our Plexus Block review, it’s a bit of a mixed bag – there are things that we like about it and things that we aren’t too blown away by. While the formula does use decent ingredients, the dosage isn’t high enough in our opinion. Typically, a carb blocker should contain at least 500mg of White Kidney Bean Extract per capsule – Plexus Block only contains 200mg.

We don’t fully think this product is potent enough to cause weight loss from the average consumer. In order to get the best results from it you’ll ideally need to be consuming 6 capsules per day (2 prior to each meal) for around 2-3 months – At $39.95 for 60 capsules, things can start adding up.
