What Is Science Based Green Detox?

Science Based Green Detox is a greens blend and superfood drink mix created by a US-based company named Six Pack Abs (also known as Six Pack Shortcuts).

One canister of GreenDetox contains 30 servings, costs $67.00 and will last users for approximately one month based on the directions of one serving per day; it is available via the official Science Based Green Detox website and Amazon.

This product is targeted towards those who are looking to lose weight, and is effectively just a blend of various green vegetables, mixed with vitamins, minerals and amino acids and herbal extracts. Six Pack Abs themselves state that the product is a “super greens detox drink mix”, claiming that it can help support user energy levels, boost metabolic rates, reduce stress levels, and improve immunity.

Does Science Based Green Detox Work?

After researching this product thoroughly, we believe that GreenDetox may be indirectly useful for the purposes of weight loss, but the formula as it stands will not directly and independently cause fat loss.

To us, this is a greens shake, not a weight loss shake. The product isn’t going to “flush out fat” as you may or may not have believed.

The formula of GreenDetox is full of useful ingredients for general health, which can certainly help support anyone who is sticking to a calorie-restricted diet. Often, those who are dieting do not managed to intake all their required daily vitamins, minerals and nutrients – GreenDetox will solve that problem.

The formula also contains various B vitamins, which can help support your energy levels, allowing for a more intense workout (indirectly allowing you to burn more calories).

Are There Any Science Based Green Detox Reviews?

We’ve found the following testimonials left by those who have allegedly used the product:

The taste is very weird, nothing like the “apple pie of the gods” like the Facebook video said… I’d say the product itself is decent tho, I’ve got more energy and feel more alert.. I’m not sure I feel “detoxed” thought.

Feeling a little leaner and more energetic for sure. Taste is a little funky and texture is very grainy.

Our Final Verdict On Science Based Green Detox

To conclude our Science Based Green Detox review, it’s a bit of a mixed bag – there are things that we like about it and things that we aren’t too blown away by.

We like how GreenDetox has a whole host of positive ingredients for general health (it is absolutely ideal for those who don’t get enough greens), but the jury is still out on whether it’s useful for the purposes of weight loss – we would argue that it’s not directly effective, but may be passively useful for someone who’s actively dieting and exercising.

It’s good to see there is a cocktail of vitamins and minerals inside the GreenDetox formula that’ll help contribute towards general health, however there’s no scientific evidence showing that the product will “detox” your body – that’s what your liver is for.

The product will not “flush out fat”, nor will it “burn fat”, but it may be useful for keeping your nutrients and vitamins up while you’re sticking to a caloric deficit.
