Some Quick Information On This Product

The ShredZ Burner Max is the ‘bigger brother’ to the regular ShredZ Burner – the product contains additional ingredients, this time with a little extra scientific backing (because the original literally had none). As with most products made by ShredZ, it’s expensive.. however the Burner Max is pretty much double the price.

One bottle contains 60 capsules, will cost users around $75-$90 and will last one month if users stick to the directed 2 servings per day.

Does ShredZ Burner Max Work?

To it’s credit, ShredZ Burner Max can work.. but you’re got to ensure that your diet and exercise regime is in check. Be aware, nothing inside this formula will “burn body fat”.

Both for him and for her both versions of Burner Max contain two useful ingredients with some promising looking studies backing them up – IGOB131 and Cissus quadrangularis extract (CQR-300).

IGOB131 is an African Mango proprietary blend created by Icon Group, LLC. Manufacturers state that when users took 300mg per day over a 10 week period, a reduction in weight occurred (source). It’s important to note that none of the participants in this study were eating more than their daily calorie-maintenance level – the effectiveness of this ingredient on those who consume more calories than required was not mentioned. Furthermore, the research-funding for this ingredient was partially granted by Gateway Health Alliances Inc, a company who is an official partner of the Icon Group LLC. While the studies have been publicly published and look good, there are competing interests at play.

The second ingredient is Cissus quadrangularis extract (CQR-300), there are studies into this ingredient that show “300mg daily brought about a significantly greater weight loss than placebo during the study period in obese individuals” (source). In the trials over 10 weeks, users of this ingredient who stuck to a calorie-restricted diet saw significantly better results when compared to those who didn’t control their diet.

Attention: Research into both ingredients showed that 300mg per day for 10 weeks was required for the desired effects. Users must ensure they consume two capsules of Burner Max daily for 70 days to see such effects.

So Why The Mediocre Rating?

There are three reasons we haven’t given this product an approval. While this is a decent product to use if you’re willing to put in the work, users must remember that these ingredients cannot counter a bad diet. If you’re still consuming more calories than your body can burn then you’re going to keep gaining weight no matter how many Burner Max pills you consume.

The second issue is the price point, it’s just sky high. The above ingredients (IGOB131 and Cissus quadrangularis extract) are by no means exclusive to Burner Max – you can find these ingredients in a whole host of other products that cost a fraction of the price.

Finally, our last gripe with Burner Max is that it contains a potentially dangerous ingredient named Yohimbine, which has some seriously negative side effects (documented below).

ShredZ Burner vs ShredZ Burner Max – What’s The Difference?

There isn’t much difference between the regular ShredZ Burner and the Burner Max – the formulas are almost identical with the addition of two ingredients, African Mango Extract (IGOB131) and Cissus Quadrangularis (CQR-300).

Are There Any Reviews From Customers?

We have found the following ShredZ Burner Max review testimonials via customers online:

Aren’t worth twice the cost as the regular burner. Not any better results. Actually see less.

Great product definitely helped with my fitness goals.

We have noticed that all the ShredZ products have very positive feedback percentages on Amazon, however these are all unverified purchases. Every negative review we saw was from a verified purchase – food for thought.

Where Can I Buy This Product?

This product is available from and We don’t believe it’s available in stores.

Our Conclusion.

To conclude our ShredZ Burner Max review, we do not recommend this product. Both Burner Max For Him and Burner Max For Her have some decent ingredients inside the formula with some promising looking research, but the price point of the product for a 1 month supply is bordering on insanity. In order to see the weight loss results as demonstrated in the studies, users will need to stick to a calorie controlled diet and use the product for at least 10 weeks.. when you consider the price of this product things can quickly start getting expensive.

Another big issue is the dangerous stimulant inside – Yohimbine is actually banned in a lot of countries as it has been deemed to dangerous for human consumption. As it’s legal in the USA (where ShredZ are based) we can’t grill them on this too much, however readers should be aware of the side effects caused from it.

Finally, the lack of money-back guarantee and seemingly manipulated Amazon reviews further put us off this product. If you’re looking for a great fat burner, we recommend you check out our top rated product Thermaxin.
