In this Slim PM review, we’re analyzing the formulation that powers the product to figure out whether or not it really can melt away those excess pounds while you’re in the land of nod.

What Is Slim PM?

Slim PM is a nighttime weight loss drink created by a Dutch nutritional supplement brand named Total Life Changes (TLC).

One tub of Slim PM costs $69.95, contains 20 servings and will last users for exactly 20 days based on the directions of one scoop daily prior to bedtime; it is available from the official TLC Slim PM website and Amazon.

As the name implies, SlimPM is designed for those who are looking for help losing body fat, and it targeted towards those who are looking for a supplement to use while they sleep.

The product itself is a complex of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts. Total Life Changes describe SlimPM as a product that is designed to assist in Leptin control. They go on to state that it can assist in burning body fat while the user sleeps.

Does Slim PM Work?

With some substantial research into this product, we have decided that it very likely will not produce weight loss results for the vast majority of users, however it does have some beneficial effects (though they’ll almost certainly go amiss as you’ll be sleeping while the ingredients are taking effect).

Firstly, so you’re fully aware – SlimPM does not contain any ingredients that directly and independently “burn fat”, nor does it contain ingredients that work to increase your basal metabolic rates (i.e. it’s got nothing that’ll speed up your metabolism, causing you to burn more calories).

The idea that you could use this product and wake up with less body fat is simply a false and misleading concept – there is just simply no supporting scientific evidence showing any ingredient inside SlimPM is capable of producing such miraculous results.

There are some positives however. SlimPM contains a B vitamin complex, which studies have shown have a whole host of energy boosting effects, as well as general health benefits too. In addition to this, the formula contains a whopping 5000mg of L-Arginine, which can help increase your nitric oxide levels, thus improving circulation and vascular function.

Finally, the formula has chromium, which can help balance blood sugar levels and also supports the breakdown of macronutrients.

The bottom line: SlimPM won’t really burn away your excess body fat while you’re sleeping – that simply isn’t true. It does have some general health benefits, however.

To conclude our Slim PM review, we aren’t convinced this product has what it takes to cause weight loss. There just isn’t enough supporting scientific evidence to show that the ingredients inside this product will help spike your leptin levels, or elevate your body’s basal metabolic rates at all.

If you were expecting to take this product and magically wake up with less body fat, then you’ll unfortunately be disappointed.

While the formula does contain ingredients that are useful for improving blood circulation, energy levels and a whole host of other health benefits, the effects are essentially wasted as you’ll be asleep for the duration! On a positive note, the formula is stimulant-free, meaning it shouldn’t trigger bouts of insomnia or cause any major sleep disturbances.
